Empowering Communities Through Innovative Solutions

While there is increased acceptance of ICT in solving numerous challenges in our society such as in education, finance, and smart energy among others, there is still a gap in the impacts these interventions have on society. Our research approach enables the knowledge discovery process that provides evidence for informed policy and strategy formulation for the greater good.

Empowering Communities Through Innovative Solutions

At Real Link Center for Research and Capacity Building, we leverage technology to drive sustainable development and improve quality of life. While ICT adoption in sectors like education, finance, and smart energy is growing, there remains a gap in understanding the real impact of these interventions. Our research approach enables knowledge discovery that provides evidence for informed policy and strategy formulation.

We work with stakeholders in FinTech, EdTech, health tech, and smart energy to derive data-driven advisories and embed MERL principles into technology-driven programs for accountability, learning, and impact.

Our MERL-Driven Approach

We support organizations to embed MERL principles into technology initiatives by:

  • Designing impact evaluations to measure effectiveness and sustainability
  • Developing Theory of Change and results frameworks for clarity and accountability
  • Applying mixed-methods research to generate actionable insights
  • Integrating learning cycles to adapt and improve interventions
