Francis has undertaken professional training in Energy Auditing, Energy Efficiency Performance Measurement and Verification (EEPMVA), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Total Quality Management (TQM), ISO Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001), Gemba Kaizen (5S), Six Sigma, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). His expertise extends to energy and water resource management, environmental sustainability, quality management systems, and data-driven decision-making, strengthening organizational capacity to enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and industrial competitiveness.
